Default AZ EZ Fletch vs. Bitz

Has anyone had experience with both of these? I just purchased the AZ EZ fletch right helical and it seems to work pretty well. My question is this.

Does the amount of helical or twist seem to be minimal on this jig? If so, can I adjust it? It seems the Bitz has more twist to it and that is what I prefer.

Any feedback is appreciated.

Thanks,

Flip

The amount of helical is "cut" into the clamps by the manufacturer. The adjustments allow for use with different sized arrows.

I think JoJan fletchers have the most helical and then Bitzs (bitz LH has more helical then RH).

Hope this makes sense....didn't to me for a while.

I work at an archery proshop and we have 12 bitz set up on a little table, i fletch arrows everyday and lots of them. When i go home i fletch more arrow at my house and i use a AZ easy fletcher and love it. the AZ EF is way quicker because you do all 3 vanes at the same time. Bitz is easy to use though.

thanks for the feedback....

Deer-Hunter, do you see a significant difference in the amount of helical between the EZ fletch and the bitz?

I like the ease of the EZ fletch, but am not sure I am getting enough twist. Make sense?

Thanks again.
