Default Hoyt Xtec Decreasing Poundage

To decrease the draw weight on a 2004 Hoyt Xtec, do you simply back down the limb bolts or do you have to do something with the cam.

Thanks in advance

Just back down the bolts. Call Hoyt customer service and they will tell you how many turns per pound.

NO

You must first loosen the bolts on the side of the limb pockets and then back the poundage down evenly(counterclockwise to decrease poundage) at the top and bottom and then retighten the side bolts on the limb pockets.
