Default arrow weight/spine help please..

I am fairly new to the sport and just stepped up to an allegiance 70# 30in draw. Can anyone help me with any arrow suggestions? I have a whisker biscuit that I can't part with and I will shoot with a string loop with 100 grain 1 piece broadheads. Is 340 spine stiff enough? How heavy should the arrow be? I would like to maintain as much speed as possible.

thanks all

Default RE: arrow weight/spine help please..

my suggestion is to dind the lightest arrow with the stiffest spine like a Speed Pro Max SS which is 6.2 GPI and has the spine deflect ratio of a 75,95 you could build an arrow that willput you at or over IBO and have the fastest flattest shooting arrow you can get. JMO
