Can anybody tell me what speed the Allegiance would shoot at 70 lbs.with 29 inch draw, shooting a 431 grain arrow??? And how you arrived at that number.thanks in advance
Well, let's take an average IBO of 325. Subtract 12 fps for -1" of draw length. And subtract 16 fps for 81 grains over 350. That would put it right at 297 fps, give or take a few.

Bill Krenz test bow 29" 70 # 426 grain arrow got 281. So if you estimate approximately 1 1/2-2 fps increase/decrease in speed for every five grains of weight, it would have put his test bow in the 279-280 range.
