Default 4 blade heads with 3 fletched arrows.

I'm thinking of going to the slick trick broadhead..are they any good and can I shoot a fourblade head on a 3 fletched arrow

I too am looking at the slick tricks for next season. I have heard and read nothing but good things. Search this forum about them it's pretty popular topic. I think I read somewhere that having 4 blades and 3 feathers/vanes will not cause any problems.

I've had no problems with slick trick 100s and the stock 3 vaned gold tips I shoot. Shoots right with my field tips out to 60 yds. I learned the hard way that you must using different aiming points even at this range!

i too im thinking about getting them
im shooting 125 but id like to get a lttle more speed and force i think 100;s will be good but i shoot

xtec at 50lbs
28 inch draw
2315 xx75 31"

It's impossible to kill anything with a four-blade head and three vanes. Never, ever worked. I suggest you send all those heads to me before you hurt yourself. :-)

shouldnt have any problems with four blade head with 3 feathers.
