How long are you winners choice string lasting you
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm just curious I just finished my 2nd year of hunting with them they still look good. They have not moved since they were broke in all my measurements are the same now as they weretwo years ago. Except for the X-coat seperating by the cable gaurd and I replacesd the center serving once they still seem in good shape. I just wanted to know how long everyone elsed are lasting.
Thanks

I just put a winners choice on my mathews Q2...I've put about 50 arrows through it..So far it hasn't moved a bit..glad to hear yours is good after two years..For the price they better last awhile...[>:]

I use to change strings and cables every year. Since using custom stings I change them every two years now. I haven't had any problems with center serving but I do pay attention to the servings around the cams. Jerry

This is the secound year in a row that my Winners-Choice have stretched out over an inch on my LX.Never had any problems on any of my other bows with the W-C's strings, but for some reason,on the LX,I have this problem...Bob
RE: How long are you winners choice string lasting you
I prefer to change my WC strings every 2 seasons. That's exactly twice as long as a "normal" string woould last. I have seen a handful of folks use 'em for a third season but I personally don't.

I'm using factory zebra strings on my '02 LEGACY and they still look just fine--am i taking a chance?I always keep plenty of wax on the string and probably only shoot 1000 shots in a year.
