Default Drop Rests for 04 Patriot S/C

So I have read a lot on here from people on various rests for their bowtechs, however I wasn't able to see much on rests that worked well with the 04 patriots.

Do I need a rest that has an extended windage bar for the 04 Patriot?

I really like the Dropzone and have read mostly all good reviews on them, however they are expensive and I have already broken the piggy bank on the bow itself. Do people have success with the NAP 4000 on 04' Patriot S/C's? Anyone have problems with this rest?

Any other suggestions on rests that work well with this particular bow that are a bit less expensive than the dropzone?

It's not less expensive but I have a Vital Bow Gear fall away on mine. I wasn't able to get it to work right using the cable slide so I served it in to my down buss cable and now it works perfectly.

i didn't like the way the arrow had to sit over the berger hole with the vital bow gear rest but it worked fine. i'd go with the drop zone or maybe a trophy taker. the nap 4000 is a nice rest also.

Both the NAP 4000 and Trophy Taker rests will work. I didn't need the wide windage bar on my 04s. Another very nice rest for less money is the HHA TN-1000. It's kind of a cross between a NAP 2000 and a TT. It'll also make center shot on the 05 Equalizer cam bows. The 4000 won't, and the TT needs the wide bar to fit them.

The drop zone tuned easier for me than the Trophy Taker.
They make a black drop zone at a lower price than the camo one.

Thanks guys, I only buy a new bow every several years, so I decided to drop the cash on a dropzone guide series. It will be here in a few days.
