Differences between 04 and 05 Patriot and Mighty Mite?
Well I am in the market for a new bow, I am hoping to buy something in the next week.
I really want to find a leftover 04' Mighty Mite or Patriot with the Infinity Cam, because $600-$725 for a new bow is out of my price range if the changes are insignificant.
Will I be missing anything significant if I buy a 04' model instead of new $$$? I believe they changed the BH on the patriot slightly, but are there any other differences?
I primarily hunt with the bow, however will also shoot some 3D this summer as well and may get fairly competitive so that is why I am considering the Patriot. I do not want a dual cam bow though.......hunting is still priority #1.
Anyone know of a 04 Patriot or Mighty Mite with the Infinity cam for sale? I am ready to buy anytime if it is for a reasonable and fair price, I am willing to wait for a bit if need be though. The bow needs to be somewhere between 60-70 limbs, 28 1/2" draw.

Well, sounds like you are on the right track...
Recently I upgraded to a new bow and found a 2004 Mighty Mite, and I absolutely love it. It's very quiet, fast and compact. However, for you with a 28.5 inch draw and the fact that you are talking about shooting some 3d, the Patriot might be a better choice, due to a longer axle to axle.

The biggest difference is the limb bolt bezels. I wouldn't hesitate to get an 04 if you can find a deal on one. If you intend to become serious about 3D, get the Patriot. It's a better choice for 3D than the MM.

What are the technical differences between the Patriot Dually and the Patriot S/C other than cam selection? I see a lot of dually's for sale right now. I know theya re a bit faster, but will I be dissapointed in this bow for hunting? Is it much less forgiving of shooter error? Is it much louder? What reasons would one NOT want a Patriot Dually?

I just picked up a 04 Patriot w/ new 05 limbs already replaced. It has the 70 lb limbs, 29" draw, etc. Hopefully I will have it soon......I can barely wait!!
