Default What is the correct spring tension?

I have the spring tension on my Quicktune 100 set so that if I set an arrow on it, it flops down. When I draw the bow back and get to full draw, the rest pops up. However, when I sink into the valley on my draw, the rest moves down a bit. I doesn't look like much but I notice it every time I draw my bow. What should the spring tension on my rest be set at?

Default RE: What is the correct spring tension?

I've always gone by the rule of thumb that you set the tension just heavy enough that, when you set the arrow on the rest and push it down, the prongs will lift the arrow all the way back up without bouncing the arrow off the prongs.
