What is the easiest way to remove vanes from carbon arrows?

I use a razor blade to remove them ,and then use a fine piece of sand paper to take off the rest of the glue.

I use a razpr knife to cut the vane off and then use the back side of the blade to gently scrape off the rest of the glue.
