Default New Razortec noise issue

alright we got my buddy a brand new razortec, identical to the one that I shoot. we set up everything exactly the same (accessory wise) with the exception of the sight. I have a TR micro matrix and he has a copper john. Mine is whisper quiet and his, well... there sounds to be a little vibration. I have checked everything and it all is tight. I wasn't sure if it's because it's so new or what. The other thing is that we both have 70 lb limbs, mine are at 70 and his are about 62. Any help would be appreciated. Here are the setups

Mine
Razortec 70lbs
TR Drop Zone
TR Micro Matrix sight
Hoyt 7" doinker stab
axis 340 with 4-blade stingers

His
razortec 62lbs
TR Drop Zone
Copper John DN
Vibrachek 7" stab
GoldTIp 5575 with 4 blade muzzy's

Check the draw length module bolts. These have a tendancy to loosen up and will generate quite a bit of vibration.
A little string wax on the threads keeps them from backing out again.

Another thing to check is to ensure that the rest is far enough away from the arrow shelf and/or you have some foam or moleskin between them. My Razortec will vibrate from that area if I don't have some insulation between the two.

Also one of the sims cable slide dampners works pretty well on the Razor. Mine was noticeably quieter with it on.

I will check the module bolts.

I think that the rest is alright, there is about a 1/4 inch gap between the two. We used the mounting hold that is closest to the rest itself.

Also, does the sims cable slide dampener take the place of a regular cable slide? Thanks for your help man.

Check the bolts holding the pin guard to the sight, and check the rest over very well. I had a slight buzzing noise from my DropZone, but the more I shot, it seemed to go away. To tell if its the rest or not, pull the cord so that the launcher raises up and let it go, if you hear the noise, then its the rest.

yeah we've done all that, we took the housing off the sight and put in a piece of string leech to get rid of the clink and that worked. it is still making the vibration noise, but maybe it will go away as the bow gets broke in.

i'm not sure about that copper john, but many sights with fiber optic wound around will vibrate as the fiber optic material bounces off itself and make noise. took me a while to figure out what the heck that noise in my old cosmic was. i could hear it when i shot and sometimes when i nocked an arrow.
