My set up is in my signiture, but the only change is i have a 27 inch draw not 28.

looks like you are okay, you may want to try a 100 gr. broadhead to fix your FOC. Check out www.bowjackson.com

I'm curious as to why you say that. His F.O.C. certainly wouldn't be too high with that set up.
