did you have an E or 0 when you put the film in if you had the E then you had the film in wrong.
My el cheapo stealth cam has been out in the woods for over 12 months and has taken a 1000 pics with no problems what so ever.

i closed the cap and the motor sounded. the E was on the screen for a few minutes and then it went to 1. i walked in front...went to 2 but the motor will not advance the film...i think it as on 0 after the E. i opened it and the film had caught, but the motor will not advance it. i tried and tried. the prongs are catching. i dont know what to do

Send it in to stealth...they gave me an upgraded model...approximately fifty dollars more...for free. It works well and I haven't had any problems with it yet.
