Default Cleaning Arizona EZ Fletch

Anyone have any tips on how to clean one of these. Seems my fletchings don't line up well, after several years of use, and I'm constantly having to refletch due to uneven vanes. Thanks for any tips.

The local shop drops the entire fletcher in a container filled with acetone. The fletchers come out looking squeaky clean.

Frank, the shop is using the AZ or cleaning them for customers? Or are they using another type jig and that is how they clean it?

If they are using the AZ, how does it work with feathers on skinny shafts, such as ACC 3/49s?
