i believe so. if you look at their chart you don't move up to 75/95's until you hit 29 inches and 70lbs. what do you mean by poor flight? nock high, wobble, what? it could be that a little rest or nock adjustment is in order. are they the .006's or the .003's or the .001's in straightness?

whats the length of your arrow--are they shorter? i shoot 63 lbs with a 261/2 in arrow with a 27 in draw length and a fall away rest and they fly great. sounds like you got a tuning issue and a few small variables that are causing bad flight like mentioned on the earlier post.

Pay no attention to their chart! GoldTips do tend to be underspined (5575) for faster setups. I Wouldn't hesitate in trying out the 7595. In order to shoot the 5575's cut @ 29" out of my Icon I have to lower the poundage to near bottom (60lbs) and I have no desire to shoot an arrow less than 29" long.
Same thing with Bemans ICS. I've found the 340's to be much better than the 400's.

I shoot 66-67lbs @ a 28 inch draw and can just get the 5575's to spine right with the 85 grain Slicks. I couldn't pull it off with a 100 grain head, I needed the 7595's for that.

Aaaarrrrggghhhh. This is bad news. I ordered my GT XT hunters spined at 5575 and plan to launch them out of my Liberty at 65# at 29" arrow with a 100 gr head. Am I barking up the wrong tree? I ordered them 5 days ago, so guess it is too late to change it now.

Had the same problem last year. I bought 5575's and couldn't get them to shoot well with 100gr. tips until I dropped my bow to 63#. I like shooting at 70# and use a 29" arrow at 28" draw. Bought 7595's and they shoot a lot better. I just couldn't get any consistency with the 5575's like I can with the 7595's.

Happy days are here again! Good old US postal service... Lancaster tried to post my order last week, but US postal service sent it back due to the parcel being too large (a bowcase was included in my order). This meant that I caught it back at Lancaster when I called - and even though it was packed up, they were kind enough to switch my 5575s for 7595s. Close call that.

Now I'm hoping the 7595s will work nicely......

Cheers,

Greg

My draw is 27.5 and my arrow is 28.5 set at 67lbs. I think I will go to the 75/95 next time I buy arrows. In the mean time I have shot pse carbon extremes well and will probley stick with them this year.

yep, I just switched to 7595 GT Xt's. I was shooting 5575's but my arrow flight was everywhere. I still had nice groups but it bothered me seeing the arrow wabbling. I am going with feathers to try to get some of my speed back. I shoot a bowtech VFT Extreme 70# 29" draw
