Since your not getting many responses here I would suggest going to Archerytalk.com . There a lot more target oriented archers on that site. I was looking at getting into spots a few years ago and some of the members there were very helpful. Some even invited me to thier club to show me the basics. It was a bit of drive, but I learned alot and they were very nice.

I haven't been there in a while however, I'm sure there are people here that visit both though.

The PSE forums might be another good place for target info as well.

The fat shafts you see probably are recommended sizes for their setups. Most any competetive indoor shooter uses them. I shoot 2413's indoors and they do help. I'd go bigger but they just look funny.

I would recomend a GKF Infiniti rest that is micro adjustable and a blade style launcher Sure Loc, a good scope like one of GKF's new models and some 25 or 26 series Easton arrows for line cutting advantage, if you are shooting a low poundage bow you will want to leave them a little longer to get the spine right and cut them down a little bit at a time to get them just right for the point weight and the bows draw weight.
that should cover some of your accessorizing questions
