Default Hard Cams?

I emailed Oneida and they said that my 1994 Phantom X-80 had hard cams. How is that possible? I thought hard cams shot around 300 fps, theres no way a bow that is 10 years old can shoot that fast can it? Is it really a hard cam bow?

I beg to differ
HCA was making the Hatchet cam back in the 90's and they were shooting IBO speeds of 315 fps.
and theOneida had hard cams then and are fast bows but sound like a train wreck.

"Hard Cams" have been around for quite awhile. Todays "hard cams" along with other configuration changes are producing faster speeds.
