Default My new love

A few days ago, I received my Tru-Fire Bear Paw release. I went with this head after numerous discussions with JeffB over the standard Winn head.

Previously I kidnapped my Old Winn glove with Cobra Caliper combo from my brother, and instantly remembered why I liked the Winn glove so much. Easy pulling power, rock solid anchor. The TF glove wasn't even close, so I put the BP on the Winn glove.

My oh My...

I'm in love. The trigger on the BP is EXACTLY what I've been looking for. Just a bit of smooooth travel that launches the arrow while I'm staring down the target. I don't even have to think, it just happens.

That would be enough, but there's more. Due to the BPs construction, I was able to install a longer mod and re-capture some lost power stroke.

In summary, I have a trigger I love that promotes an easily repeatable hand position that is rock solid while providing an easier draw in a DL that fits me EXACTLY how it should providing tension free steady holding that launches an arrow without me having to think about it. Yes, I'm smiling like a kid at Christmas, kind of like this

Don't get me started on the WB BK2 QS I also installed...

I saw the title & figured Martin had released another ad.[8D]

Happy to hear you were able to find what you were looking for in the way of trigger travel/feel. That new WB is pretty nice, isn't it? I recently went to ACC's and a WB set up on the Liberty for hunting. Some of the tightest groups I've ever shot. Some may say that's due to the arrows, but the rest certainly isn't doing anything to hamper their performance.

I've only got a handful of shots through the new WB, but it was enough to know I'll suffer none of the negatives you see bandied about here, but will enjoy all the positives...
