Hi just wondering if anyone has used this rest and what your thoughts are, i'am just looking for something simple with the least amount of screws to come loose.

I had one for a short time and got rid of it. I guess if you shoot relatively heavy aluminum arrows it might be OK. I was shooting carbons, and the rest gave me a nock high tear/flight that I could not get rid of. The "flipper arms" are pretty stiff compared to somethng like the NAP Centerest Flipper, which flips out of the way with very little resistance. The flipper arms on the Chuck Adams rest are not that great at containing the arrow compared to other rests. The deluxe version (which I had) is nearly as expensive (retail) as other, much better (IMO) rests. The deluxe version (retail $59.99) sells on ebay for $10-15 in most cases. That should tell you something. Sorry I can't be more positive.

It was without a doubt the biggest piece of crap I ever purchased! It didn't even get to retire in my tackle box , it went right to the circular file!
