Default Tristate Bow

I found a recurve bow that my father had. It is made by tristate archery. Model is a Wildcat 60" at 52#. The fiber glass is pealing off one area. Can it be repaired, and if so can you suggest a place to fix it.

I'm unfamiliar with the name of the company..you may want to post over in the Traditional forum here. As for the repair..hard to say without seeing the damage. Unless the bow is a collectors item or you really want to shoot that particular bow, chances are it'll be more cost effective to purchase a new recurve from Martin or Samick or similar.

Default RE: Tristate Bow

My Dad used to sell Tri State bows in our shop.
I used one for tournament shooting for about seven years until it delaminated during a practice session.
I think they were made in New Jersey???
I can not even remember the model name , but what does stick in my mind was that the tri states had a much more radical recurve than most production bows and really flexible limbs which made the bow a real smooth shooter.
