Default peep site for copper john

anyone using these sites---was wondering i use the dead nuts pro series but need some help on a good peep to align to round pin guard. it seems to take a larger diameter apeture than the 3/16.just the standard peep no tubing. i have seen the new crosshair peep out with fiber optic which is suppose to be originally set up for these sites but i shoot multiple pins.

The hunter version of the Tru-Peep is almost perfectly aligned at a 29 inch draw.

So what type of peep are you referring to the "Tru Peep" style or the "Shurz a Peep" style? The Tru Peep is similar to the rubber tubing style but without the rubber tubing and smaller overall. The Shurz a peep splits the string three ways and is not angled into the string like the other two but rather relies more so on the string angle at full draw.

dont care for the shurz peep because it seems to obstruct my vision in the peep with the 3rd string----looking more in line of the true peep style that are angled to the string.i have tried the largest hunters peep and it still seems to small.my string touches my nose at full draw also.

I bought the cheapest peep I could find. I believe it is the tru peep. I comes in a little red package and is under $5. It works great with the dead nuts. I refuse to try any peep with a tube since a friend of mine got a shiner from his tube snapping. Good luck.
