Default Getting 125grain heads to fly

I have a 27.5 inch draw and a 65lb pull with gold tip hunter arrows spined for my set up. How can I get the 125 grain bheads to fly well?

For starters, make sure the blades are lined up with the fletchings. They will fly straight and not try to "fight" the wind when lined up properly. The fletchings make the arrow go this way, the blades might make the arrow want to go that way. With everything lined up, there is no problem. That is what I was always told, and my 125gr Thunderheads fly perfectly straight and dead on.

Aligning the blades to the fletches can't hurt, but I've never seen it help either. Really, if there was anything to it, nobody would ever get a 4-blade head to fly straight with a 3-fletch arrow, now would they.

Main thing is to make absolutely sure your broadheads spin straight and your arrows are good. My honest opinion is Gold Tip Hunters are NOT good arrows. XT's are much better.

Also, at least 4" fletching in offset or helical is a plus. IMO, straight fletching and broadheads don't mix.
