4" helical vanes and make sure you use a tough vane like Bohonings, AAE's speedflights or similar non "rubbery" style. These hold up much better throught he WB

When I had the old style biscuit, I had to make sure to use Bohnings or a similarly stiff fletch. With the new B2 biscuit, I purposely fletched some arrows with Duravanes, which although relatively light, are not the most durable. I've been shooting each arrow about 20 times each week for the past 5-6 months and so far, the Duravanes have held up very well. This new biscuit isn't nearly as tough on vanes, in my opinon.
