Default Tuning Question

I actually attempted paper tuning my bow today, it was already all sighted in and everything was shooting good, good groups, good looking flight, but the paper tuning revealed a pretty slight tear with the feathers left of the shaft...

I checked the easton tuning guide, and it offered a suggestion to increase point weight, so i went from 100 to 125 and it made a worse right tear, so I went back to the 100 and am going to live with it since it is incredibly close...

i was surprised the tip weight made such a difference

does anyone have any suiggestions or opinions?

From the way it sounds, I wouldn't worry about it if it is that minor. If you are hitting well it really doesnt matter IMO. Have you shot broadheads yet? If so, how was your grouping?

A slight tear at 8 yds should be no great problem; a slight tear at 1 or 2 yds is.

About 8 yds is the most eratic motion for most arrows on many bows.

Check all distances you would be shooting.

It was about 5 yards I believe...

I shot one at 7 and it looked much better...
