30 yards from 15 ft. up in the ole' ladder stand through a WB B2. Proof positive they do work. I was shooting the "Dead X".

Note: This is my first shafted arrow from 30 + yards. I probably have a dozen or so from 20 yards but this is my first 30 yarder. Although I don't normally shoot groups either though, I am just to lazy to climb down and go pull arrows when shooting from the stand.

I have shot broadheads out of them. I have shot the slick trick 100's. They flew great but..... they are a great flying head to begin with. The test would be a big cut on contact 2 blade or any large head for that matter.

I can get pretty good groups out of these turbos (the 1, 2, 3 rule), but I cannot put together the same groups as I do with my 4 inch fletched vanes. These were a bit tough to tune out of my bow. The Patriot seems to push nock down on release so I had almost a quater inch nock high nocking point to stop the porposing of the shaft. Center shot is critical with these as well. If you have the knowledge and can tune your bow well, I suggest to try them out. If you aren't skilled in tuning I would suggest sticking with the vanes.

Nice shot!

turbos are Awesome with broad heads!

you will need to set the nock high to keep them from bottoming out on the rest.

Don't you think you should switch from a "Whacking Basket" to a real rest? That thing looks like it is costing you some accuracy![8D]

Seriously, very nice shooting. I don't think I would want to shoot before you at a 3D shoot. Of course, you probably wouldn't want to shoot at my arrows anyway![&:]

I just put the biscuit on last week[8D].

I took the trophy taker shakey hunter off in preperation for fall. I stop shooting 3-D in the first couple weeks of August and turn my attention strictly to my hunting setup and get it dialed in Notice quiver mounted

I will then shoot the all deer league in the month of september Good times!!

I will not be hunting with the turbos as of right now. But it is always subject to change.
