I have a tm hunter two prong rest. The plastic pieces that go over the prongs are starting to wear out. I purchased replacements but I can't get them off. Does anyone have any help on this? Or is there a way to make them quieter?

Was the rest quiet before the shrink tubing wore off? If thats the case, u just need to replace it. Anything sharp will get them off, like a razor blade.
Need to shut up my rest!
