Default Fred Bear

Greetings,
I have a Buckmaster G2XL. I have been trying to get a W5 draw length module. They keep referring my to my local Dealer who would exchange it out free if they had it. They ordered them about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks ago. I have contacted escalade sports to purchase one. They will not sell or ship one. They are totally useless. Has anyone else had problems? I have never heard of a company offering such sorry customer service. I can get better service at burger king. Anyone know of a way to get one? I figured buying one would be easy but I guess money can buy everything but parts for my bow.

Thanks,
Jeff
