Does this sound about right?

Beman ICSH 340, 28" 100 grain montec G5, 4" feathers

My set-up:

BT '03 Pat SC
70lbs @ ~29.25" draw lenght
QT 4000 drop away

28" is just over an inch past the rest and according to Beman's website the 340 was recommended for my set-up. I'm not hell bent for speed but am I over-spined? Thanks.

According to The Archery Program, you are slightly underspined, but within the acceptable range.

Are you having any trouble tuning?

mathews legacy
29.5" @71lbs
28" 340 icsh
100 grain head
these shoot great out of my bow. The speed isn't too bad either, 276fps.
