Default Question about anchoring

This may be a real silly question but my anchor is low on my jaw bone and sighted my pins last night.I am using the no-peep,my form is good but my copper john is maxed all the way to the bottom to get it to be on at 20 yards.
Can i lower or raise my anchor to accomodate for more play on the site. The last pin is almost covered by the no-peep which is oviously no good.
HELP what can i do to fix this---sooner the better
P.S---if this helps im shooting the patriot

Default RE: Question about anchoring

I was just about to ask the same question basicly. I am shooting a Mathews Outback, 28.5 draw length. I bought a new Copper John 5 pin and installed a peep which I had never used. I anchor wilth my pointer finger main knuckle under my ear with a Tru-Fire Stealth release which I love. Problem is, my gang adjustment is all the way down and my top pin is about centered in the sight ring allowing little adjustment for the higher yardage pins.....any help would be greatly appreciated.

Default RE: Question about anchoring

Appears the bow you are shooting may be a short ATA bow; hence a short sight window that you cannot crowd with too many accessories, or use accessories of the wrong type for the bow.

I am not a short bow proponent and I have never tuned or helped tune a short bow, and I do not plan to. However, my first suspicion is that your anchor point might be too high for the configuration of the bow.

I would assume that if you keep checking your post, other short ATA shooters will soon solve your problem.
