RE: Draw length and string loop?
Some people will tell you that you did not change the draw length. Of course this is just splitting hairs, but a loop does change your anchor point, and to your body, you have effectively changed the draw. How much depends on the length of the loop once it is in its final position. Because I have freakishly short arms, I get the local shop to tie my loop as short as can be done and I use those tiny nocks or magnocks, so that my rhino release barely fits inside. That way, I can shoot my normal draw without feeling like I have changed my anchor.
