Default broke my razortec

today after work i dicided to paper tune my bow well the 4th shot my finger hit my release trigger and the razortec went flying on my concreat floor. here is the damage
1 splintered my limb
2 banged both cams up real bad not shootable
3 banged my limb pockets all up bad
4 banged sights all up
i was about ready to fu*&in take a slug hammer to my dawn head insted i went in a corner and cried well looks like its time find a new bow again just ruined a $800 setup

Damn that sucks.[] At least you have some time before season to get another one ready. Assuming you can get the money together for another one. Really sorry to hear about that.

I assume you don't have a wrist strap on it? If not a $10 sling could have saved a $700 bow. Sorry to hear about it. I hope you can get it fixed or get another one.

Man, sorry to hear about that misfortune! I thought Hoyts and bows in general were a little more rugged than that!

I did something like that, new hoyt magnatech only shot it for a week, went to check draw weight, hooked scale to string loop, wrong thing to do. All I can say is it did'nt sound good when the loop broke at full draw, it sounded like a rifle going off. It was just laying there with the string and cables just hanging. I looked at the limbs they did'nt look bad so I went to local bow shop and had the strings put back on, and we noticed the cam was crocked. So sent it back to Hoyt. They replaced all 4 limbs, they xrayed them and they were cracked, the cam axles were bent, luckly the riser was good. that was a expensive bow when I got done.
