Crappy pic, but I can only imagine the contact this thing brings to the table. Wonder how it gives a "rifling effect" upon release?

Looks like a nice refletching tool. Just line up your vanes or feathers the wrong way, shoot, and your arrow is all clean & ready to be refletched.

I've seen it before.
No doubt, brought out to compete with Whisker Biscuit.
Just like GKF did with theirs.
Actually, it looks like it would outlast the bristles of 10 Whisker Biscuits.
A better mousetrap, perhaps.
