Getting inshape for bowhunting

Whats a good way to pull back more pounds on my bow? Should i bench more or is there some contraption on the market just for this?

Here's what I do: I shoot for 2 weeks and then turn the bolt up 1/2 turn. Works for me.

i think you would be better off doing more shoulder/back work than all chest.

a mix of seated rows (mimics the draw) along with some side lateral raises and flat and incline benchs
