A THEORY ON THE BOW BC TEST:
1. The BC test for many of these Bows appear to be 61# @ 300 grs..
2. My Manual on page 3 says all Bows Performs best @ Peak Weight.
3. I & Ratus with his Mustang thinks, test are best made in top Efficiency Mode.
4. If So my test may have been 63# @ 300 grs. 4.76 per #. 63 my wt & pro shops.
4A. Also setting the stop hard against the wall appears to give a Boost.
5. As per DaveC shooting the 70# @ 62 was faster than a 60# bow @ 64#.
6. So the word "Efficiency" appear to have a number of meaning.
7. So what consideration should speed adds have, when you Bow Shop.
8. As has been said "One Animals Treasure Is Another Animals Junk".
9. I will shoot the next bow I buy with a meter, unless it"s ½ price or so.
This is just my opinion, but I think you are overrating the whole speed thing just a little bit. 5 fps faster is not going to allow you to shoot 30 yards farther! Shot placement is where it is at. Good luck with getting this resolved to your satisfaction.
