Default Solo cam timing

How do you check and adjust a solo cams timing?

Hopefully PABowhntr will be on and post a pic, this will help alot. But until he does try to twist the cable up till the string lays flat along the long edge of the cam right up to where the lobe curves away. Easier once you see the picture.
