peep Help

Can someone help me???? I just got a new PSE Wheel Peep put on my bow and WOW.... the 10 yard pin works at 10 yard and 20 yards and also shots way Left is this Normal??? Or do I need to go back to a tube peep???

I am not familier with this peep. It looks like a standard peep to me. What were you using before? I really need more info in order to help.
