80% DRAW POST SETTINGS FOR A JUSTICE

i have a friend that just had a 30 inch module put on his bow. we were shooting and i noticed that his post wasn't where it was supposed to be according to the manual. at least i think it is wrong. the manual says 4.8. do you count each line as 1 or is the short lines like 1/2 ? At least his is wrong or maybe mine is. thanks
