Default Tks to BowTech

"I" messed up one of the limb bolts on my 03 Pro 40 Dually. The key word is in quotes. Don't ask how, I'm not sure but definetly was my fault.

Went to my dealer, he didn't have one in stock but ordered one. In a couple of weeks, let me know it was in. So "I" take the bow to him and he takes the old one out and put in a new one and hands me a couple more. I think they sent four, I guess they figured if I could screw up one they might should send a couple of extras.

Asked the man how much I owed him. NO CHARGE. Said BowTech sent them free and he didn't charge any labor. Folks, people just don't work for free.

I know it would not have been much money but I thought it was great service both on BowTech part and my dealer. Probably doesn't hurt that when I go in I buy something, usually, and not just waste his time.

Either way its the small things that make a diff sometimes.

When you get a dealer and a company like that, you stick with them, IMO.

I had the same experience with BowTech service 2 seasons ago when "I" also pulled a dumb move.........I almost melted a 1 day old string on my Patriot. I was melting down one of the ends of my string loop and not paying attention to the upper part of the flame

Didn't have my usual lighter and used a Zippo with its crazy flame..........I almost burned the string straight thru. [:-][:@]

I had a new string in a few days even though it was obvious who screwed up.

I have heard many stories like this over the years, and I'm proud to be associated with a company like BowTech that treats each customer like a customer and not a sale..... many times taking the hit for the customers mistake.

Well, if you didn't have that Zippo in the first place for your crack-pipe you wouldn't have been in that situation, now would you?

Just Say No!

Last season I had a problem with a bowtech. I called the company and they said they would fix the problem. Three days later they sent me a mathews. Just kidding all you Techies. BowTech makes a great bow as well I just could not resist.

Nubo I have honestly been looking into a Bow Tech mathews only makes up to 70lbs limbs wich is plenty but you know how it is always wanting to try new things. I like the way that new Bow tech with the 85lbs limbs spits arrows. Pretty smooth to
