Default no-peep ?

i'm installing and 'tuning' my no peep today and am wondering how far you no peep shooters are accurate to. i was good at 20, but not so good at 30, i'd have 2 here, 3 there .... usually i shoot pretty dang good from 50, but the way it went with the no peep at 30 i would probably miss the target. just wondering if you guys are accurate at longer distances with it.

It is very precise in my opinion. Make sure you have it adjusted to you and not the other way around. Find your anchor and settle in with eyes closed and dial it in. Good luck.

I was never very good past 30 yards until I put my No-peep on this year. Now I can shoot 35 and 40 with no problems and great groups.

With the good form that the "no-peep" promotes you should be able to do anything you could do with a peep,...only better!

Mine to.

The no-peep will show you if your anchor is off as little as a 32 of an inch, I believe.

i think its going to take a little while to stop adjusting the bow at full draw to make the the dern thing center. i'm still getting scattered groups. plus i gained a little less than 1/8" ata after removing my peep and fixed that up last night. i'm going to practice with it some more today if it ever quits raining after hitting the paper again. i did notice a reduction in noise and i like how much i can see. the 2 eyes open thing is still too confusing, but i'll work on it after getting the rest of it figured out. thanks for the input.

You shouldn't have to do that. If you are, you are probably torqueing the bow. When you draw and anchor, the no-peep should line right up. Make sure you are anchoring and keeping the same grip everytime.

whew, if you like fooling around with your bow and accessories this is the product for you. i think i've got it, but after fiddling with it for hours to get it just right i'll have to check tomorrow if my arm doesn't fall off. i did break 1 arrow and destroy the fletchings on quite a few others and my 30 and 40 groups were much better today. i had 8 in a 4 inch group at 40, with the ninth a crappy shot - still a little off, but i was tired.

gibblet,
#1 - Close your eyes.
#2 - Come to full draw and anchor firmly.
#3 - Open you eyes and check the alignment of the "No-peep"
#4 - Make any adjustments
#5 - Repeat steps 1 - 4 as necessary

haven't had a chance to shoot again - if your folks ever ask you to blacktop their driveway - say yes and then hire someone to do it - specially if their driveway is a hill and you're 6'2.5". i can hardly move and have absolutely no motivation to shoot.
