Default Harmful to my bow?

I was wondering if backing out the limb bolts would cause mechanical problems with my bow. Is it harmful to the limbs? Limb pockets? Axles & cams? I had to turn it down 5 turns. My back started giving me trouble, and when shooting it got sore. The back problem originates from an accident. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Phil.

you shouldn't have any problems, I would contact the company that made your bow to find out the safe amount of turns you can take out. this is th eonly safe way of knowing.

It shouldn't affect the cond./performance of your bow....however,Don't go under the recommended draw weight of your bow. That could be dangerous to you and your bow!!

Definitely contact the company or a shop that handles the same companies bows. Bowtech advises not to back theirs off over 2 1/2 turns, PSE has a sticker that says something like 4 turns, those are the ones I know of.
