I plan on making my own arrows I have a 27 inch draw how long should I make my arrrows, right now the ones I got set up with it are 26 inch. Is this what they should be?

At 26" how much is hanging over the rest? Also are you going to hunt with them or shoot 3d. For hunting I get mine a little longer so I don't cut my hand with my broadhead. For 3d I shoot a shorter one so it's lighter and I get more speed.

I cut mine 1" past my rest. Depending on which rest you use, it should be close to 1" less than your draw length. Draw back a full length arrow and have someone mark it with some white out 1" in front of the rest. Good Luck!

I was told that arrows should extend almost out to the end of the riser. This way if the broad heads fall off they don't hit your hand.

i like mine to be about 1inch past the rest. especially since im growing and i can grow into them as my draw length grows.
