Default Over Rotating Cam

I have an Outback and read on here somewhere about the cams being over rotated. I was looking more info about that. I know how the cam is supposed to be set (Mathews sent me a diagram) what would like to is how it works in real life. What are the effects of setting the cam in different positions? Based on experience, is there any benifit to having the cam over or under rotated? Thanks

over rotation by shortening the buss cable will give the bow more speed
you must also twist the string up the same amount to keep your draw length I have done this experimenting with certain set ups and have found that the bow actually preforms better.

keep in mind that this can bring up the peak draw weight by a couple of pounds.

I have heard that this makes the bow louder, also if your peak draw weight goes up then make sure not to max out your bow because then you would exceed the weight that is specified for you limbs. Also maxing out limbs ultimizes performance and if you can't to that I don't know how you would get the best performance.
