I am new here and want some help in making my own arrows

I am new here and want to say its a great sight! I have purchased my first bow a Matheuws Legacy. I love this bow my draw length is 27 inches, its set on a little over 60 # trying to build my self up so I can pull a little more. I am current ly shooting PSE dominators 300 I belive. I want to get into fletching my own arrows and would like to try the easten axiss. what will I need to get started to fletch my own, thinking about a helical fletching, and what I will need to cut the shafts and any tools for the insert and knocks.
this is my current set up Matheuws legasy
27 inch draw
muzzy zero effect drop away rest
trophyridge sights
magnus stinger 4 blade 100gr

well first thing you need is a good jig and clamp and Bitzenberger is the best!
super glue will work better than any fletching cement on the market IMO
and these vanes are the best thing since sliced bread IMO because they are so short and lightweight so the arrow can maintain a higher Rate of speed down range which will give you a flatter trajectory and still get excellent broad head flight.
get your pro shop to cut your shafts to size for noe but if you really get into arrow building you may want to invest in a arrow saw.
I would also recommend buying a grain scale for weighing your shafts and compoments so you can get your arrows as close to the same weight as possible dura scale makes a good onr that is affordable.

BPS gave you some great advice.

The Bitz is hard to beat, but is the most expensive of the single fletch fletchers. the BPE Pro series and the Jo-Jan mono fletcher are also very good choices for a bit less $. If you are using vanes, something like Beyond Bond glue and Goat Tuff should suffice. If you are using a Flex-Fletch or Marco vane, then use flex-bond glue. If you are using feathers, I'm having real good luck with the new Fletch-Tite Platinum (though regular fletch tite works very well too)

If you are going with the AXIS arrows, I would recommend using 400s if you plan on bumping up the draw weight. However the PSE shafts are much better than they used to be so unless you just want to switch for the heck of it, I wouldn't. You may just want to upgrade to the better grades in PSE shafting.

If you don't want to invest in an arrow saw then just hit your local pro-shop and pay the $, but carbons must be cut on a high speed saw.

regardless, everyone should have on of THESE, It's a fantastic investment and will allow you to install inserts and points/broadheads and check them for straightness.

Thanks for the input guys I am thinking of geting the arrow cuting saw out of cabelas this one any good.

If you mean one of the Apple brand saws, then yes they are a good saw. The higher the RPMS the better. IIRC Apple makes a 5000 RPM and a 8000 RPM. I have the latter..it cuts carbons a bit cleaner. The Easton saw is even better but is much more expensive.
