There is only one difference between the ZR 200 and the XT 2000. The XT 2000 limbs are laminated. According to Hoyt makes them last longer.

They also shoot an arrow faster and are about $90.00 more on the price of the bow.

$90? Try $110 more in my area...<img src=icon_smile_shock.gif border=0 align=middle>

..the XT2000 also have carbon in them.... they are also about 1.5 inches shorter per limb than the ZR200 this year.....they have a countoured thickness over the entire length of the limb.....and they actually are a recurve style limb that looks &quot;straight&quot; when pressure is put on them.
.......by the way...Champion is now using similar techology on their new Mustang bow.

Where did you get all that information? I called hoyt and talked to a customer service rep and he said they are the same limbs except for the lamination.

Actually Grndzer, most of that info is in the 2002 Hoyt product catalog...and the rest was &quot;gleaned&quot; from various message boards on the web.....

If I remember correctly, the XT2000 limbs are a multi-layered, carbon/glass laminate, recurve limb. The ZR200s are a straight, glass limb.
