Default Copper John Customer Service

I just wanted to share with everyone what great customer service I recieved from Copper John yesterday, specifically Al Coon. I had a problem with my sight bracket on My Deadnuts Pro where the bolt used to tighten the windage adjustment down became stripped out after my bow fell over when I went to retrive my arrows on a 3D course. So I thought I would contact copper john and see what my options were. Well after telling them my story, I recived an email back from Al Coon wanting my mailing address so he could send me a new bracket no questions asked. What great service!!!!! Al also told me this new bracket had some nice new features he thought I would like, he didn't elobarate on what the features are but he deffinitly peaked my interest. And I will keep you posted on what these features are when I get the new bracket. I also asked him if Copper John was planning on putting out a Dead Nuts sight with a micro adjust and he said that they are planning on that for 2005 if things slow down for them a little bit so they can work on it some more. So as you see like Bowtech Copper John listens to their customers and gives them what they want. Thay have made a lifelong customer out of me with service like this. Most definitly the best customer service in all of the Archery Industry with a great product to go along with it.

I recently had a similar experience with CJ, I some how managed to break the level on one of my Deadnuts sights and e-mailed them. Al e-mailed me back saying they would put one in the mail that day, the next day it was in my hands, no questions asked. Can't beat CJ's customer service.

Al's been good to me too. He sent a bunch of replacement fibers after I had one break - no questions asked. It's that kind of service that'll keep customers for a long time.

Yeah Al helped me before when I busted a bunch of fibers. Like you MrFritz he send replacements no questions asked, he even send an iron on copper john patch. Great people at that company, real people who actually care about their customers.

I'm on board with Copper John too. Sent Al a question on how many pins would fit on the Dead Nuts and got a reply right back.

Obviously a company worth doing business with!

Keep us posted on that extra new feature.

I talked to Doug W. from CJ when I was exchanging a set of .029's for .019's after 3 phone calls and close to 3 weeks I finally received my pins. I guess I'll ask for Al next time.

Great service for me too. Replaced the .019's with the .029's (.019's were just too fragile, but Al informed me they are working on that issue). Great to deal with.

Thats good to hear Chad. I've heard how great their customer service is. Fortunatly, when I had one of their sights, I never had to use it.
