I do understand though that they have improved them this year considerably. Perhaps 5-shot can elaborate. Their booth was right across from the BowTech booth, but I never managed to get over there to see the wares. One of the Sales reps for BowTech swears by them. Though most seem to swear at them[&:] :shrug:

For the record, I have never used these heads nor do I intend to. I can't see wasting my money on something that's already bent up!

I was checking out broadheads at the time using Jackson's site for the links. After all that bh bashing I figured I needed to write a disclaimer!

I had a coworker show me them this past fall, they look like crap and to hear how they worked sonded like super duper crap. He shot a deer with them had a complete pass through, but all of the blades sheared off inside the critter. What in the heck is the purpose of that? He said that they are supposeed to do that. I want a solid head with sharp blades that cut all of the way through the animal, not leave me 3 razor surprises for when I gut and butcher my deer. I duuno, but they don't sound very good to me. My two cents!

Hey guys.. long time since I been on the board.... just doing a little browsing. Saw these at the ATA show and the guys at spintite said that they'd increased the thickness on the talons a bit this year. They did have a few new heads that did look somewhat promising (I'm not trying them till they're proven by others 1st)... One had a nice heavy/thick cut on contact head w/ some sort of "spinning" gimmick on them.

For me.. I'll stick w/ my tried and true muzzys.. or might try the Montecs if really feel the urge to spend $30 on 3 heads.
