Default Help Fletching Quik Spins

Trying to put some of the new Quik Spins on my Axis arrows and the little "fin" on the vane won't fit into my Arizona EZ Fletch jig. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

They'll fit, they just need you to show em who's boss. I have been using mine with the vanes. You just have to force the wings in first and then the rest of the vane will follow. Try turning the vane a little to the side so the lip of the wing goes in first.

ShadowAce, thanks for the tip, it worked.

Can someone tell me the proper distance from the back of a vane to the end of the arrow, when fletching? EZ fletch has a distance of 1 1/8" and a Bitz has a distance of 5/8" if the vane is placed at the far back of the clamp. Don't know that I've ever heard the correct distance. Thanks.
