I can only comment on the Parker UL35. I just sold mone to get a new phoenix and had they not brought out the phoenix I would have never sold it. It is an exceptional bow. Many times I had shop owners comment on how quiet it was. It shot exceptionally well and is very well made.

You would be hard pressed to shoot a better made bow. The people ar Parker are super nice and very helpful as well.

bigbulls is absolutely right, the Parker UL35 is one sweet bow. I've been shooting Parker for years now and have been shooting the UL35 the last couple of years and love it. I have had zero problems with any of their bows i've owned (5). You won't regret buying a Parker, they make a quality bow no doubt.

I shot Pearson for the last four years, but have had experience with Parker also. You can't go wrong with either. They are both quality bows and good warranties, with good customer service, should you need it. Best thing is to shoot them both and see how they feel. I think you'll find the Predator to have less felt recoil, but fit them both the same way to see for yourself. Good luck.
