Default GKF Whisper Disk

I have been shooting this rest for a few weeks now and has preformed great for me. You can get it sized for aluminum or carbon arrows. It is very easy to set up. No damage to vanes and shoots silent. This is a great rest for hunters. Next year it is planned to make it in camo.

We just got a few in down at the local shop. I have not had a chance to tinker with one yet but just by looking at it I have a few questions. One, what is the disc material made from? Two, how do the slits compensate for a hard helical fletch in terms of both stabilization and arrow speed? Lastly, how durable is the disc material? Will it need to be replaced each season...or sooner if the archer shoots quite often?

Have shot hundreds and hundeds of shots through the Disk.

I could see the start of a little wear on the edges of the hole and replaced it .Cost me $5.99 for the replacement and installed in seconds.
This rest is Whisper quiet and very easy to set up.

I like it a bunch.

I switched from a dropaway to the DISK.

Why ? because when hunting ,I want my rest to hold my arrow tight,
without lifting ,wires or moving parts on a rest.

This one is whisper quiet on the draw and accurate.

very happy
