Default Crimson Talon Broadheads

Does anyone have any experience with these broadheads? I am thinking of switching back to fixed blades this year.

And while on that website, I ran across these vanes. May have to give them a try too!

What do ya'll think?

check out bowsite.com as well. Many, many guys very unhappy with those heads. On the other hand, do a search on Magnus Stingers and I think you will like what you see and hear. I shoot them and can't imagine changing. I used to shoot Muzzy's, but no more.

Dont like them. The blades were very brittle. One shot and theyre done pretty much. The idea was inventive, but i bet it dies out. I like having the feathers and extra steering in the back, as compared to the steering being done by the broadhead. Some people i know really liked them and shot them well, but for the durability and conditions i hunt, i wont use them. Just my opinion though.

I used them last season as well I wasn't very impressed with them at all .The cost was double of most other brands but the durability was not .I blew a blade just tweeking my bow on a Black Hole target the blade rolled right up . the only good thing that I found was that their flight was very close to my target point's up to 30yrds but after that they dropped dramatically.

Thanks for the info guys. I guess I'll keep looking. I must say, their ads are pretty enticing!

Not many people like em, mainly because they aren't too durable. Try Magnus stingers, Montecs, or Muzzy. These are all my favorites.[8D]
